In this Digital focused edition of Office Hours, Molly Kelly and Margaret Hiss explore how voice search and digital assistants can help nonprofit organizations connect with constituents, how the Digital Wallet can improve donation form conversion rates, and they share ideas for new ways to use text messaging for fundraising and outreach.
What is Office Hours?
Every month, our senior strategists and developers set aside some time to talk with colleagues in the nonprofit space to talk about technology and provide an opportunity for you to ask questions and get answers in real-time about some of the challenges facing your organization.

In today’s live stream, we’ll be creating a messenger bot using ManyChat. The goal here is to attach the bot to my Beacon Toy app and take it with me when I go grocery shopping. I’ll be collecting contact information from people in the area so I can push coupons and affiliate offers to them via Facebook messenger. Specifically, an app called Ibotta that pays out $20 per signup and just happens to tie into all the grocery stores in my area. Should be a fun little experiment.
